I have weird little duck feet and usually wear either a 6.5 wide or 7 medium width. I read that these ran small so I ordered a 7 wide and yep, they do run small. Overall I like the construction of the shoe, I like the snug liner to keep grit and gravel out of my shoe out on the trail, and these have a nice cushion but just not quite enough arch for me.These are fantastic. The built in sock is snug, but it definitely keeps debris from getting inside the shoe. The support is nice, and the wider bottom keeps my ankle from turning.It’s a tight size 8. Think you need to order a bit larger than your size. I have to return & see if an 8.5 available.They fit really well/ true to size. There is an interior “sock” which fits like, well a sock so that’s a little tight but not too tight. It does not alter the fit at allVery comfortable, I ordered my regular size 9 1/2 but in a Wide width. Good traction and comfortable. The sock inside is easy to fit over your foot with or without socks on.Wife loves them. Comfortable cross trainer.I liked them because they are a super snug fit.
