I use a custom orthotic is this shoe.order the wide size and it was no difference between the wide size and the medium the shoe has a liner that is connected (sewn) ot the tongue making it impossible to adjust. great shoe esthetically.I have long, narrow feet. My podiatrist recommended these specifically when I was experiencing almost debilitating foot pain. I work 12-16 hour shifts with mostly zero pain since I first put these on. This is my third pair.I’m on my feet a lot, shoes feels good! Wish they had more colors for wide feet!They're better than some, but still have to change shoes at lunch.
