The change of the heel part of the shoe has made it a bit of a tighter fit. Overall however I still like them.Nice shoes, well made ,good fit, butI bought these because they were recommended for Plantar Fasciitis sufferersThey don't do anything for that conditionShoes arrived and were too large and wide.Not a problem Josh at Sportshoes was really efficient and helpful.Refund and Replacement sent out in my size within days.Great service and more than happy with my 1080v12’s ?Für sportliche Läufer ("Wettkampftypen und Kilometerfresser") ist dieser Laufschuh sozusagen der ideale Ausgleichs-Laufschuh bei akuten, leichteren Schmerzen der Achillessehnen. Ich habe aufgrund Überlastung schon seit mehr als 15 Jahren immer wieder mit diesen Problemen zu kämpfen und dabei hat keine längere Pause oder irgendwelche Terapien das geringste geholfen. Ich habe wirklich alles ausprobiert und bin mir jetzt (spät ab doch) absolut sicher, dass nur das richtige Dehnen (lt. Liebscher u. Bracht) und der ideale Laufschuh, mit einem angepassten Schaft hinten bei der Ferse, die einzige Möglichkeit sind, dass der Laufsport im intensiveren Bereich und bei fortgeschrittenem Alter noch möglich ist und Spaß macht. Wahrscheinlich hab ich schon weit über 100 Paar Laufschuhe zertrampelt, aber diesen leichten Laufschuh möchte ich hier ausnahmsweise für alle Läufer mit Achillessehnenproblemen wärmstens empfehlen und er passt auch für etwas schnellere Einheiten zwischen 3-4 min. pro km ganz gut!A few days ago, my trusted New Balance 880 model gave up on me. The inside of the right shoe ended up very worn next to the heel and the plastic reinforcement would dig in my heel causing bleeding. I did not hesitate to look for another new balance pair. They were my best friend for 6 years so I did not even hesitate.I saw quite a few models and decided on this one. Reviews seemed decent and did not expect any disappointments. The shoe arrived and the shipping company left it on the street for anyone to take. Then the box was torn in so many places I thought the shoes were damaged.After two runs and a few walks, I am asking myself if this is actually a shoe for a human foot.
